Same experience already listed by another contractor. Stiffed my company for 3 months of hard work at their residence at 8674 GATEWICK DR. They own several properties in Colorado springs. These people have NAME variations but use just one phone number. Some of the names to beware of are HEIDEH I, HEIDEH II, HEIDEH III, HEIDEH IV, HEIDEH V , Steve Harris, Steve Heide Harris , skyrat550 , Steve Harris of Heritage Reality inc, Russ Harris, Heidi743 , Nina Salek, Naghmeh Salek of Colorado First Choice. ALL of the previous listed names use the same phone number which is 719-572-9866.

I wish I would have found this post before I did work for them. Contractors beware.

these people have several variations of the same construction company name. i did good work for them as a sub contractor, and they refuse to pay me. i wasnt the 1st either. someone had started the job remodeling a kitchen before my company got hired. they flip houses. now that i have a lien on the property, they decided to rent it because they are unable to sell it with liens on it. im sure there are more than mine. the property address is 4155 iron horse trail in colorado springs. hopefully you are not the unlucky ones renting it now.
