I wish I had gone with my gut instinct when I first met Andrew for the initial consultation and went with another firm. This law firm does not meet commitments, has little knowledge of law, and seriously does not listen to anything their clients are saying. This is what was told to me as my car that I bought from Cool Rides sits on a lift at a local mechanic.

I bought this piece of garbage two weeks ago and was told it was a great car. It started pouring oil two days later. So I called to inform them, I wanted to return the car. But they said lets get it repaired first. They did pay for a new manifold. I was told by Brian, “oh we never checked that car out before we sold it” Since then I spent almost $2000 in repairs and it still leaks oil. So Brian said take it to their mechanic again, well I got the bill and now Cool Rides refuses to pay for the work.
