Needs to work on customer service!

This company can use some training on customer service (Michael, in particular). A delivery was made to my home which I did not order. Told the driver and he took it back and I thought everything was fine since the driver had told me that there was a "glitch" in their system and it had happend the day before. Now I keep getting harrassed by Michael that I owe them $40 for something that I did not order or keep! If he would have handled this in a manner that was a "win, win" for both of us, I would not be so upset however, he continues to send me sarcastic emails staying that I owe the company for the order. I like to give a company the benefit of the doubt before I say anything negative about them to friends or posting a review. In fact, this is my first negative comment I have posted on anyone but he will not stop. Had he offered to redeliver items that I would use, I would have gladly paid as I could see myself using a service like this but instead, he just said I owe $40 for nothing!!!
All this over $40!!! Seriously Michael! Was that worth the lost customer/business you could have had from me and now the bad review!
Please focus more on customer service and doing the right thing to retain business rather than these petty emails you keep sending me!

Horrible Customer Service

After renting with this company for a year, we received our security deposit back two months after moving out. We have multiple issues and disputes to discuss. I called immediately, and was told by the man on the phone all of my issues needed to be taken up with a woman named Julie Sullivan. After repeatedly trying to get ahold of Julie by phone and email, I finally received an email back after 2 weeks. Julie informed me she didn't even work there anymore. Since then, no one will answer the phone when I call and no one returns any of my voicemails. There is a total lack of customer service. It seems if they do not want to deal with something, they just ignore it. I would tell anyone to not rent from these people.

Someone I know called this company was told to go do a number of very ually degrading things when she asked if she could set up an appointment with the owner. This is now all over facebook. Do NOT ually harass someone with more social media contacts that you could ever dream of.

Our business is just up-the-street and we absolutely LOVE visiting GB's for lunch! Half fish & chips is the perfect size. A mid-day beer is tempting but we usually go with a Coke ;) Andy & Michelle Carlson

HE WAS EVEN SUED BY HIS OWN RELATIVES IN NEW JERSEY AFTER CHANGING THE BENEFICIARY ON HIS MOTHER'S ACCOUNT TO EXCLUDE EVERYONE AND KEPT IT ALL FOR HIMSELF. HE HAS BEEN ARRESTED IN ARAPAHOE COUNTY IN 2003. CHECK THE COURT RECORDS. HE IS AN OLD HIPPIE PROTESTER AND GOT KICKED OUT OF THE UNIVERSITY OF DENVER.
