They sell beer in moldy containers. The last Keg they sold me had approx 4" mold at the bottom outside. They also sell Kegs that have an expired freshness date. Very poor customer service.

Beware of this firm

Tell us about your experience:

I wish I had gone with my gut instinct when I first met Andrew for the initial consultation and went with another firm. This law firm does not meet commitments, has little knowledge of law, and seriously does not listen to anything their clients are saying. In addition they bill for time that they have clearly admitted was not a correct course of action, and over billed for actual time. I dealt with another legal team to close my case... which really showed me the contrast between a competent and incompetent legal practice.

Do not use Sandomire & Schwartz.

All about great community, great music, and great fun...

D Note is among the more impressive businesses, when it comes to working with community and, of course, amazing live music. They sometimes combine the two, hosting functions for community members collecting for charity, amidst wide arrays of local bands and musicians. They also host an open mic night on Mondays, and provide stage equipment and even a piano!

Another of my favorite aspects of D Note is an especially affordable kids menu, and occasionally special events for children, allowing even parents to enjoy a night out. The environment is safe and friendly, and the food is healthy and tasty!

Just a great hang out

This great little cafe took the place of Watercourse Foods when they moved to their new location. (and owned by the same folks) It's dark and often the music is too loud, but I love hanging out at City o City. The menu, featuring vegetarian options like pizza, salads and sandwiches, is quite tasty, and the servers are lovely. Great place to hang out with coffee and cookies or vegetarian buffalo seitan and a beer.

Unique used book store

I was very impressed with not only the selection, but the service. Jack, the owner, gives wonderful recommendations. He is pleasant and friendly. If given the opportunity, he will talk your ear off but it is always well worth it as you walk away with plenty of great recommendations. He is willing to go out of his way to find and hold things for people. Shopping there is always a pleasant experience.

Best Doggy Day Care in Denver!

Reviewed Business:
Tell us about your experience:

I have been taking my dog to U Lucky Dog for about a year now, maybe a little longer, I can't recall. I found out about them via a flyer in my neighborhood and gave them a shot because they were close, convenient and a smaller operation than some of the other doggy day cares in the area. Upon my first visit, which was free and accompanied by a free bath, I was given a tour, explained the daily grind and introduced to the staff. The facilities were impeccable and the staff was attentive to both their people clients and their four legged clients. I began bringing my dog twice a week. Natalie and Abi both know my car when I pull up, I'm greeted professionally and friendly and most importantly, they're happy to see my pup. Now, I happen to have a dog with "issues" and the staff at U Luck Dog has keyed into this. They pay as much attention to my dogs #2s as I do and when something is off, even just a little, I'm notified. It's this attention to detail and customer service that sets U Lucky Dog apart from the rest of the Doggy Day Cares in Denver.

Thank you U Lucky Dog for all you do. Sincerely, W&T

P.S. We've boarded at ULD as well - more expensive than the places out by DIA but worth it. I know T is in good hands and he doesn't come home w/ kennel cooties.

NEWS RELEASE 11/14/12 ATTORNEY SANCTIONED BY SECURITIES COMMISSIONER Case No. XY 13-CD-004

Colorado Securities Commissioner entered a final cease and desist order against a Colorado attorney for allegedly violating the securities licensing provisions of the Colorado Securities Act (“Act”) in connection with the offer of securities in Colorado.

Named in the Order is Charles A. Zimmerman, and his firm, the Zimmerman Law Firm, LLC. The Staff of the Division of Securities … alleged that Zimmerman … acted as a mortgage broker-dealer by facilitating the private financing of real estate transactions for a fee. Allegedly, Zimmerman would match an investor with borrowers he knew who needed financing for their “fix and flip” real estate investments. … The Staff alleged that Zimmerman engaged in at least 34 of these real estate investments/transactions without being licensed as a mortgage broker-dealer with the Division as required, and therefore in violation of the Act. … [T]he Staff alleged that … Zimmerman failed to disclose to the investor certain facts which are required by law to be disclosed in writing, including the priority of the lien created by the security, a property tax statement, an appraisal or tax assessed value of the property, the borrower’s payment record, and a written statement of any commissions or fees chargeable to the investor, among other things. The Staff alleged that it is mandatory under the rules under the Act that every mortgage broker-dealer provide this kind of information to the investors in these type of transactions. By failing to do so, the Staff alleged that Zimmerman violated the Act. …

SUMMARY OF ALLEGATIONS. … While acting as a mortgage broker-dealer, and in connection with the offer or sale of a security, ZIMMERMAN failed to provide each investor prior to the time of the sale a written disclosure document as required by Rule 51-4.7.0, titled Unfair and Dishonest Dealings. The disclosure items listed and described in Rule 51-4.7.0 are the minimum mandatory disclosures required of mortgage broker-dealers, and are material in that they are deemed important in allowing an investor to make their investment decision. Failure by ZIMMERMAN to make the necessary disclosures, including those required by Rule 51¬4.7.0, amounts to a violation of § 11-51-501(1), C.R.S. … The estimated dollar amount associated with the transactions was $4,026,400.00. … ZIMMERMAN would visit GP once a month, and go through his files and inform him what documents to shred. … ZIMMERMAN initially informed him that these types of transactions were his specialty. GP communicated to ZIMMERMAN that he had very limited knowledge about these types of investments. ZIMMERMAN knew his hesitation. ZIMMERMAN said, "He would take care of everything, and GP would just be a passive participant. … ZIMMERMAN knew of GP's reliance on him, because he had very little involvement in these deals for the first 2 plus years, until everything "blew up," and he discovered, for the first time, that there were severe problems with several of the investments. … GP assumed he was doing what he was supposed to be doing in "vetting" the borrowers and the properties, but it turned out not to be necessarily true. For about the first two years, to the best of his knowledge, ZIMMERMAN never had an appraisal done, until GP confronted him about it. Since GP was a passive participant, there were no "yellow" flags at first, because most of the loans were being paid. However, there were a few transactions where borrowers needed extensions or were late in making payments. ZIMMERMAN did not inform GP of the true reasons for the delays. … In connection with the offer and sale of these securities by ZIMMERMAN, and as required by Rule 51-4.7.G, ZIMMERMAN failed to disclose material facts in writing to GP, …
