I would have given them ZERO stars had that been an option. They don't answer their phones. They don't respond to emails sent via regular email or via their own website. PRRS handles 'parking revenue recovery' for Central Parking. How is a person who wrongly receives a parking ticket in a lot owned by Central Parking supposed to get this taken care of? (Central parking considers the case 'resolved' because they've handed it off to their collections vendor, PRRS...which is so funny because IT IS SO NOT RESOLVED!
I PAID for parking 7 minutes before I was issued a ticket and have both the credit card receipt and supposed 'ticket' - both are date & time stamped.
When you're headed downtown, I advise you park somewhere for free and ride the bus or light rail.
The other crackup? PRRS is a member of the BBB...which, of course, anyone can be a member of by paying them money!
