My 5-year-old Mac iBook G4 was terribly sluggish, and I couldn't use it without it being plugged in.
I was thinking of buying a new computer, but iSupportU said that I might be better off just repairing it. I brought my iBook to their office in Boulder. They ordered a new battery, installed some more RAM, and taught me how to keep my computer up to date with regular upgrades.
Shaun was decisive, knowledgeable, quick, and best of all -- he loved his work, and enjoyed helping me and my computer.
Great service, reasonable rates, local company -- hell yeah!
