Disappointing service

This place has incredibly potential, which is what disappoints me the most. My fiancee, several of my friends and I used to be regulars here. We would come every Saturday for karaoke, and during the week for hockey games, but we got so fed up that we've stopped going all together. The food is great and the activities are fun, but the service is consistently abysmal. There were several occasions that we had to wait ten minutes or more for a server to greet us or take our drink order, and the restaurant was not at all busy. Had it been at all busy, or had it happened only once I could have ignored it, but this was a consistent issue. If you're looking to be completely ignored, then this is the place to be.
