In the past three years, A-1 Security has grown from just 100 residential customers to providing services to over 1,100 commercial, municipal and residential clients. Owners Leif Wulforst and Sofia Aguilar attribute this growth to their personal passion for providing life safety and peace of mind. “Nothing is more rewarding than seeing your security systems save a person’s life or their business from theft, damages or vandalism,” says Aguilar.
A-1 Security designs custom electronic security services to fit their customer’s lifestyle. To provide the best customer service, the company has on staff a fire certified Service Manager, an access control licensed Operations Manager and a Microsoft systems certified engineer in charge of networking, programming and training A-1 clients on the use of electronic security systems.
A-1 can also design customized services for businesses. Aside from improving security, the systems can serve as a great management tool for business owners. Through an alarm monitoring radio, the system can connect to a computer, cell phone or tablet and send notifications through text or email when the alarm is turned on and off. This can be helpful to track a number of things, including times employees arrive and leave for the day and how long the cleaning crew was at the property. The system can even count how many customers came through the door that day!
