Lower Highland's Border Streets

• The neighborhood is just west of downtown Denver.
• There are several intersections with a high density of local businesses. Some include:
  • 15th & Central
  • 29th & Wyandot
  • 32nd & Clay
  • 32nd & Tejon
  • 33rd & Tejon
  • 32nd & Zuni
  • 33rd & Osage
• You may recognize the bottom of this neighborhood by Little Man's milk jug shaped ice cream stand.

Walking Directions From Downtown

• From the 16th St Mall, go west past the light rail station.
• Go up the steps (or take the elevator) to cross over to the Little Raven neighborhood.
• Continue straight through Riverfront Park.
• Cross the ped bridge over the river and continue towards the Platte Neighborhood.
• Continue straight up the steps (just to the left of Salvegetti's bike shop) to cross the ped bridge over I-25.
• Once you're across the bridge, you're there.

Driving Directions From Downtown

• Take 15th St. west, across the S. Platte River and I-25.
• Once you get to Central St., start looking around for cool stuff.

Driving Directions From Speer Blvd.

• Turn north on Zuni St., then right (east) on W 29th Ave.
• Once you get to Boulder St., start looking around for cool stuff.

Driving Directions From I-25 Southbound

• Take exit 212C for 20th St.
• Turn right (west) at 20th St. (signs for Central St.)
• Continue on Central St. and start looking for cool stuff.

Driving Directions From I-25 Northbound

• Take exit 211 for 23rd Ave., keeping right at the fork
• Follow signs for Water St.
• Weave past the Aquarium and REI
• Turn left (west) on 15th St.
• Once you get to Central St., start looking around for cool stuff.

Driving Directions From I-70 or US 6

• From I-70, take I-25 south (see directions above)
• From US 6 (eastbound), take I-25 north (see directions above)
