  • Boutique Apartments promotes environmentally and socially conscious living through creative, green design and community building. Boutique Apartments renovates *existing* apartment buildings located in the heart of Denver, Colorado, and gives them creative, arts-oriented themes. By renovating existing structures in an active urban community, we lessen the impact on the environment while contributing to smart growth. From Aperture, our photography-themed building, to Shambhala, our Buddhist-inspired building, our ever-expanding portfolio of unique designs not only contributes to the hip urban architectural landscape, but is a magnet for individuals who want to live in the city center. We currently have 12 properties, with a total of about 400 residents.
