The Cheesy Story:

Tran, who loves eating cold cereal for lunch, and dinner, co-owner of The Fabric Lab and Emma Skala owner of Emma Rose Cakes, a professional pastry chef who has been baking since she was 4 years old, who loves making cupcakes. Both tired of the same old hangouts and had nowhere to go relax, be creative and have fun like everyone else. So they decided to combine their two loves and created the the first boutique pastry café in Denver, The Shoppe. Where you can come & chill with Friends and Fam! While getting the creative juices boiling, thumb through one of our art & design books, drink coffee, watch old-school cartoons + artsy flix, listen to live music, play board games, enjoy a nice cold bowl of cereal and tasty cupcake for lunch or at 2 A.M. The Shoppe is a one-of-a-kind, super fresh environment like no other in Denver. HOLLA!
